Introduction to Drop Spinning
Sun, January 24, 2pm – 5pm at The Constant Knitter, Francis St, Dublin 8
Create your own unique handspun yarn using a drop spindle. In this 3 hour workshop, we will talk about fibre types, fibre preparation, and a bit about yarn structures. Then, learn how to transform spinning fibre into yarn! This work shop also covers plying yarn and the finishing techniques of skeining your bespoke handspun. Turning fluff into string is an addictive and fabulous from of fibre fun! No previous spinning experience needed. Spindle and fibre included. Book here.
